Dear Jerry Fallinhell.. I mean Fallwell,

In the hospital for the second time spending his flocks money on scientific medicine !!

People like this in a perfect world should be refused admittance.

What a horrible man who puts down science all of the time. Such a hypocrite to be taking antiboitics and receiving hospital care.

Where are his flocks prayers? Where is "God"? And finally, What a GLUTTON.. Isn't that one of the sins that sends you to hell?

Actually Seebs, I think Emeralds Forest is just calling Falwell for what he is: A Hypocrite.

One can claim that he has 'rationalised' his current actions with his professed beliefs. One can state that he is only human and so suffers from human weaknesses (gee, no!). But he is still a hypocrite if his talk was only ever a case of 'Do as I say/preach and not as I do'. Unless he's issued a disclaimer whereby he disavows all of his previous hate and bile .... but I haven't heard anyone claim that yet.

Mind you Seebs, I'm personally rather curious about your comment that Emeralds Forest is 'emulating the worst of his methods'. What do you mean by that Seebs, what methods of Falwell are you refering to, and how is Emeralds Forest guilty of using them?

I would tend to agree that Falwell is a hypocrite. I know a bit about hypocrisy, which I practice from time to time.

But Falwell is condemned for his hatred, and his insensitivity to those he sees as sinners. What do we see here? More of the same.

I don't think it's any better directed at Falwell than it is coming from him.

Although, presumably, Falwell believes he has a god-given 'golden rule' that runs along the lines of 'do unto others as you would have others to do unto you'. So where's the problem with him receiving back what he's given out in the past? Perhaps some of the people, who feel that Emeralds Forest et al are acting 'not nice', will come to understand that Falwell is a bit of a bigotted hypocrite.

You do feel that he's a bigotted hypocrite, don't you Seebs?

By the way Seebs, is your god the same god as Falwell's god, or do you think that the two gods are different gods?

I can't emulate his methods. I don't believe in Hell. Of course, one of the pleasures I had to give up becoming atheist.

Instead I was making a point of hypocrisy. I have no book which I hold dear sets of dogma. Therefore, what hypocrisy am I showing?

I think the man is disgusting not for just condemning others, but for leading a group of suckers, including children, into his nazi-like frenzies and creating Degree Mills which purpose is to discredit centuries of degrees awarded to people who really earn them, among other attrocities. If you think I have reflected hatred toward the fatso, then you again are wrong. I don't hate assholes necessarily, they and their ilk simply make me sick to my stomach. "Hate" is a christian virtue and a perhaps difficult for you to realize, just a bit more extreme than my thoughts here. You will rarely find me even using the word on these sites.

Perhaps you don't understand the words: Flocks, Prayers, God? Perhaps you believe Jerry Falwell doesn't have anything to do with religion? I don't appreciate you sending my posts to "elsewhere" just because you disagree with my views and you have the power to moderate? My post has EVERYTHING to do with religion.

Perhaps you should be a moderator for a christian forums website as if you say anything against them or their "God" they ban you from the website all together. It is all part of keeping their flock protected from those who might be an influence in deprogramming their brainwashed minds.

Don't try and censor my speeches against religion please ESPECIALLY since this is an infidels website.

Whilst I admit to feeling a bit miffed to find that after thinking I was replying to Seebs in GRD I was actually posted into Elsewhere, I should point out that - quite apart from web-etiquete and IIDB rules - a) Gunnaheave is currently off-line, and b) as Gunnaheave is not an Elsewhere Mod, Gunnaheave cannot retreive this Thread and restore it to GRD even if (s)he decided that the his/her earlier decision was mistaken.

Suggest that you politely ask an Elsewhere Mod (via PM) to think about moving the thread back to GRD. IamMoose, Pervy and Mongrel are Elsewhere Mods and Pervy is currently on-line whilst IamMoose should be (but isn't - THE SLACKER!).
