Homework is also being outsourced here. US students contact agents who provide assignments to Indian content providers who write up the reports which is duly delivered to the teachers.

RC church outsourced prayers and funeral services because there is a shortage of US priests to handle everything. Vatican received the ig-nobel prize in economics for outsourcing intercessionary prayers to India because it is cheaper. (So it costs less to have an Indian plead with God to bless you --- is there a spiritual/social message here I am missing?)

Some of the advertising during Presidential campaign was outsourced as well. Did not Kerry get into hot water over that?

I think it is worth noting that the US will likely never outsource interrogations to India. To the best of my knowledge, India does not have the experience in acquiring confessions based on physical stress. Torture, to the rest of the world.
