Many years ago I broke my neck, and was paralyzed from the neck down. Fortunetly my spinal cord gave me a window of opportunity to recover, and I maximized it.
I get sick and tired of people giving the credit to a God I think does not exist, and telling me that I am some chosen one. I am not chosen, I am however willing to work my butt off if given an opportunity. Any other incidents like mine? |

This is... a miracle.
You are truly the Chosen One! Please, bless us with your holy powers! I have a terrible headache! |

Not a miracle. I have recovered enough to walk, run, play golf, etc... But am still partially paralyzed in my upper extremities. They just think I have recovered completely
Miracle would imply divine intervention, which is certainly not true. Take an aspirin. |

Thanks Minnesota
Thats correct about the power and strength of the human mind. People under estimate themselves, and tend to give credit to a deity out of habit. |

Years of physical therapy. Actually everyday since that day has been a form of physical therapy, because I am forced to use the part of my body that is partailly paralyzed. My arms, hands( as in typing right now), shoulders, etc...
I play sports as often as my body allows, golf, snow ski, ultimate frisbee I just stay as active as I can Walking without God |

just recently I saw a movie on exactly the same thing. it was about a woman who was paralyzed and recovered despite the meds saying it would be impossible. she turned out to be a healer and capable of healing others, too, by touching them with her hands. but hey, that was just a move

I am not supernatural. Far from from it! But if I had the ability to heal people with my hands, would that make ME a God?
Whats the movie? |
