Read "God's Debris" by Scott Adams "Dilbert" Cartoonist.
the universe is what happened when God blew himself up and tried to see if he could re-assemble himself.

Well didn't he?
Having oneself nailed to a tree comes pretty close to suicide, doesn't it?

Yes.

Perhaps, a deistic god created the universe and upon seeing what he had done, killed himself. And all the followers of god are actually just following someone who killed himself leaving them with the impression that there was in fact a creator, but he most certainly is not alive today.

Talk about a creation of a lost-father complex, whew.

god could do anything except for the logically impossible, like creating a square circle. if god is immortal, no he could not commit suicide.

about he being inable to commit the logically impossible, doesn't this mean that god did not create logic? if god created logic, he should be able to create it differently. if he could, then he could do the (currently) logically impossible, like creating a square circle.

Maybe 'God' is like the Phoenix, it dies and resurrects itself again.... somehow

Off to ~E~ as the OP is very clearly not interested in discussing any real philosophical issues. As always, my moderator decision can be appealed to the admins. The ~E~ mods will send it back should it acquire some merit.

OK, suppose he can. If time is infinite, then sooner or later he will. He either will eventually, or has already. There's a 50/50 chance that he exists (or doesn't).
