No, but Chevy is responsible if a certain number of their cars ship with gas tanks that explode.

I'm assuming you think evolution is random and cannot be planned. What evidence do you have to support this view? Can you give me an example of a random event that happens in the theory of evolution?

Can you give me an example of something the Christian God may have created incorrectly if Christianity was true?

We are random beings. None of us are the same. There will be only one you in the history of the universe. I would call that a random event in evolution. One in infinity.

If Christianity is true, God's creation shows his wisdom and brilliance in its design. As you can see in the link above, if these are God's designs, he's a surprisingly poor designer.
