Have you read Wayne Barlowe's Inferno? It's an imaginative, visual portrayal of hell - much more interesting and creepy than the christian vision.

Well, duh. That's what Heaven is - a place without Free Will. That's how it is possible for Heaven to be without sin. That's why God could not create people with Free Will who could also live in Heaven. The problem is Free Will itself. The solution is giving up your Free Will and subjugating yourself to God.

Once you realize that Christianity is not about getting people to be moral, but rather about getting them to be obedient, it all makes a lot more sense.

BTW, we should stop worrying about satan and God and start looking for the one called orgasmatron - he was foretold by thte prophet Lemmy (fury be from him) under the guise of the Oracle of Motorhead.

Personally i have a belief that ppl actually love satan much more than God, no one can empathise with God.
