Australian Aborigines are among the poorest in the world, so are South African tribes, but the causes are vastly different, and neither would appreciate being lumped into the same group simply because of skin colour.

I don't think that Central Americans or South East Asians are doing too well either.

You missed my point, it isn't the complaints of past bigotry it's the actual effects of such that still permeate down through generations.

I put the word "white" in quotation, because I have seen the enormous progress the whites has taken in race relationship. (e.g. 300 Chinese descent working in Nasa, that's a big risk to take especially after the numerous spying charges.)
