Jehovah's Witnesses seem to be saying sometime this year although after the mess they had in 1975 are being a bit quieter about it this time

Well according to the Rapture Ready Index we are currently at a an index rating of 155 which is up 3 points. Anything above 145 means the end is near so I expect to see people vanishing soon. My only hope is that I'm driving behind someone in a BMW when it happens because I need a new car.

Some other interesting bits from RR:

It was supposed to happen during Paul's lifetime.

...Which means that if it DID happen, we're all descendants of the "left behind", and not enough people actually got Raptured for the rest to notice.

Why can't Rapture-believing fundies accept that they're not among the saved? For that matter, where are the Calvinists who believe that they're not among the Elect?

Could this possibly be a misinterpretation and it’s actually The Rupture that’s coming? Maybe buying stock in truss companies wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Should we start a Rupture Ready website?

Haha! I like that idea .. that it's been and gone and only, like, one person got taken.

Given some of the rapture believers I've been interacting with lately I can well believe that. I sure wouldn't take them if I was God.
