thank you. Now as to the subject of changing the rules I also think any discussion of rules changes, unless between staff, should be in a public format where all members can have input if they desire.
But isn't Erwins response a sort of informal acknowledgement that the 'Questions/Suggestions' forums do have debate and discussion in them? I mean, if it were truly a 'no debate' forum, a PM would not be necessary.

I just woke up, and probably worded that all wrong. :banghead:

Hmmm, had anyone else problems posting about 12 hours ago?

I wouldn't/didn't read that in his reply. The question really is and this is an issue for all non-debate fourms what is discussion vs debate.

The ever wise ksen knows how to throw red meat to his fan club here at IIDB. I expect many additions to the fan club just to see the CF reaction.

I wouldn't call myself a fan, because I don't you well enough, but you have gained a measure of respect from me at how you have executed some moderation choices you have made at CF. Don't know if i'll ever post over there, but I do lurk there occasionally, and this Atheist/Secular Humanist likes what he has seen in how you do your job.

See this post? This is the kiss of death. An atheist moderator, on an atheist message board, in a secular progressive athiest evil...ahem. Sorry, I've been reading george78's posts too often.

In any case, the betting pool on how long ksen will remain on staff is now open.
