Ditto. I took one look and instantly I was like, that's exactly what the object is.

Remnants of giants has some more theories of what it could be.

Right now no one is mentioning it as far as I know but when Tabor and Jacobovici present their findings in published electronic and print media ready to be picked apart (I mean who would peer review it? Seriously.), a discussion about the sign of the cross WILL be included. Mark my words.
That 'sign of a cross' really did not look like a cross. It looked more like a window divided into 4 squares, like the old fashioned wood windows were like.

Anything to do with Jacobovici is suspect. I have watched his many attempts to 'shock' the archaeological world and he always ends up looking like an idiot. The only reason to watch his stuff is to see what the real archaeologists and scholars have to say.

Tabor has blown his credibility and just when i thought he couldn't destroy it any further, Jesus tomb t.v. show, he surprises me and shatters it even more.

I used to be one of those born-again Christians. A Christian, an ex-Christian or someone trying to pull something over on the Christians WILL see a Cross in there.

Even though I am certain that the inscribers of the authentic decoration never intended a Cross to be depicted there. Although some kind of tav-mark could have been their intent.

Default Fish Don't Have Handles

Hi All,

Among many other discoveries, Bob Cargrill has found some handles on our Jonah Fish. For some reason these handles have been magically eliminated from the retouched images circulating on the internet. Click where it says, "Image was resized. Click here for original 990 x 1842" to get a bigger image.

Note that the handle does not appear on the CGI image that was on the internet when the story broke on Feb. 27

There are a number of interesting responses by James Tabor and others on Cargrill's blog.

Warmly,

Jay Raskin

Jay, that really trashes Tabor. He and Jacobovici could have KEPT the handles and called them "fins." Especially the "tail fins."
