What is it you think I am making up? Scripture speaks of the soul and Heaven and Christians.....
Aren't you yourself imparting some sort of authority to 'scripture?' Apart from the word of fallable human beings, What authority does it have?

What is it you think I am making up? Scripture speaks of the soul and Heaven and Christians are waiting for the messiah to be re-incarnated. The messiah himself is credited with speaking incessantly about re-incarnation.
I hope you realize that everything you read in scripture is all hearsay. No evidence for any of it outside the bible.

We like to have fun with silly Christian beliefs, JohninRI. It's like speculating on what will happen on a TV dramady.

I've really been enjoying all the insightful comments on this thread. Please ignore JohninRA!

It is funny that the very same people who can't stretch their minds around the time span required to understand the true age of the Earth claim they can understand what eternity would be like.

nanaimo "understand what eternity would be like"

Like the movie "Groundhogs Day" without a chance for sex but longer.

"Brrrring! Yawn! Mmm! What time is it? Like it matters. Oh shit another day of Bliss!
Here's that goddamn halo!"

Like that.
