Get a conscience. Buddha achieved enlightenment for you. Should you expect anything less than reincarnation as a tardigrade for refusing him? Mohammed and Allah never showed you how to break the cycle of samsara, nor did Jesus.

Oh, by the way, there are vegetation deities who die for me annually.

Gospelog2,

I understand that you have a lot of faith in Christianity and in Christ. Good for you, I say. However, you must realize that even Christ himself walked among people that differed from him. And he still embraced them.

From your posts I can only think that the reason you come here is fear. We are the enemy, to be fought and defeated at all costs because we are a threat to your faith.

I say that any faith that isn't strong enough to be tested shouldn't be held in the first place.

I understand how it is to run across new knowledge, to read a book and see the world unfurl before your eyes. But I ask you also: if you really believe the things you are saying, why are you here? Why are you posting these sites and dashing off, like a hit and run driver, hoping that you will elude the evil infidels?

If you will not debate, if you are not looking to have your faith tested, then this forum will only serve to reinforce your worldview that we are evil.

I assure you that we are not. All of us are human just as you are. And in being human, we are also allowed the right to live as we choose.

When you go out into the world, when you meet people and see how vast knowledge is out there, you will find that the beliefs you hold now will be discarded eventually. I'm not saying you won't always be a Christian. I'm just saying that in your journey, you will refine what being a Christian means.

I don't think it means condemning others as you are doing. It doesn't mean judging someone else because they do not believe in your gospel as being ignorant of the truth. There are many different truths in this life. We each have our own version of truth that we live by. That is what makes us individuals.

I say to you, sit with us and talk with us for a while and see what happens.
You seem to be searching for something. Who knows? You just might stumble onto it around here.

I know. That’s why I always wear a condom whenever I’m online here.

(I live for openings like that.)

If I told you would you believe me?

It is because God does not want to see even one in hell.

Plus it was to pick up that blue arrow post icon which I added to my site, and collected a couple a smilies here. I mainly came for the violin emoticon.

You probably won't see me for a long time now. I got all I need from this site and I have helped you all I can.

http://www3.telus.net/trbrooks/SCLforums.htm I am willing to help you though when you are ready, so you know where to reach me.

Well, God shouldn't have created hell and free will in that case. What an idiot. It's like, here little toddler, hold this vile of arsenic, but please don't drink it!

Then why did he make the place and set up the system so that people can end up in hell?

*blinks, slowly* You must stay away from this place...because God does not want to see even one in hell.

Well, who could possibly resist this kind of logic? Especially seeing as how you've helped us all you can in applying it and all that...

You're doing a lovely impression of a drama queen, keep it up. *files the above quote next to "Last chance or I will go"*

Maybe he thinks we'll pay more attention to him if he constantly claims to be just on the verge of leaving. It's the same principle employed by those stores that put up giant "Going Out of Business - SALE!" banners every year.
