Default Michael F&!?#ing Behe

So... Time magazine recently put out it's yearly list of the 100 most influential people. I hadn't gotten around to reading it, until I read this blog at Scientific American. Figuring they must have been a little late putting their April Fool's joke out, I went and read for myself. It's true, and the bastard even blurbed his upcoming book on the writeup. PZ Myers also had a few choice words to say a about it.

This was discussed earlier. Its rather strange Time would have somebody so utterly opposed to Dawkins write the commentary. But then Time, which at one time had some principles and was a source of many very good books and magazines, has suffered Denny'sfication, the notion Denny's constitutes fine dining, along with much of culture.

Glad to see that I am not alone in noticing the current degeneration of general culture.

Seems we are marching towards another "dark age".

I'm sure Mussolini got on the list at some point, let Behe have his day in the sun.

I'm not concerned about Behe getting onto a list, he'll never be influential enough to society overall to do so, it's that they had him do the writeup on Dawkins, who was influential enough to make it onto the list.
