because we are anointed with the oil of God.
And a very slight lingusistic twist may have resulted in followers of this religion being called chanelers?

I just ran across something interesting. Yehudi Menuhin is quoted as saying that Constantin Brunner "was captured by the Nazis when Holland was overrun and sent to die in a concentration camp" (Unfinished Journey, p. 252). In actual fact, Brunner died in 1937, and it was his widow and step-daughter who died in Sobibor. The amazing thing about this is that Menuhin was a disciple of Brunner, serving on the Board of the International Constantin Brunner Institute. This is an example of how a myth starts.

Or atheists as recorded by Justin Martyr in First Apology. Imagine a believer of Apollo calling a Christian an atheist!

Hence we are called atheists. And we confess we are atheists, so far as gods of this sort are concerned, but not with respect to the most high God.....

Hold on, who did Justin Martyr worship? The Most High God? Who is that again?

Quote:
"Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the Most High God, come forth, and come hither!" The three youths then come out from the fire. Their bodies are unharmed, their hair unsinged, their mantles undamaged, and there is no smell of fire on them. The king says, "Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him."

Darius I

king of Persia

Darius The Great

born 550 BC died 486

king of Persia in 522–486 BC, one of the greatest rulers of the Achaemenid dynasty, who was noted for his administrative genius and for his great building projects. Darius attempted several times to conquer Greece; his fleet was destroyed by a storm in 492, and the Athenians defeated his army at Marathon in 490.

Quote:
While measures were thus taken to unite the diverse peoples of the empire by a uniform administration, Darius followed the example of Cyrus in respecting native religious institutions. In Egypt he assumed an Egyptian titulary and gave active support to the cult. He built a temple to the god Amon in the Kharga oasis, endowed the temple at Edfu, and carried out restoration work in other sanctuaries. He empowered the Egyptians to reestablish the medical school of the temple of Sais, and he ordered his satrap to codify the Egyptian laws in consultation with the native priests. In the Egyptian traditions he was considered as one of the great lawgivers and benefactors of the country. In 519 BC he authorized the Jews to rebuild the Temple at Jerusalem, in accordance with the earlier decree of Cyrus. In the opinion of some authorities, the religious beliefs of Darius himself, as reflected in his inscriptions, show the influence of the teachings of Zoroaster, and the introduction of Zoroastrianism as the state religion of Persia is probably to be attributed to him.

Why would Neb be saying the Jews are worshipping the god he is already worshipping?
