Not at all. I have seen giants, they are humans who grow larger than the rests, not half-demons. Plus, "the remains of these giants have been found" is a fallacy. |

Speaking of genocide, killing humans (as well as women and children) has always been considered bad by compassionate humans. It's simple. Anyone believing differently has a lack of morals. If you want to try to pretty it up by saying it was the divine will of some supernatural being, well, you have a lot of evidence to provide to prove that, and then you have to argue that it is a good/moral position to follow the whim of such a creature. So far, neither has happened. However, I am even more interested in the archaeological evidence for such "giants", and even more so in discovering how we are able to tell that they are the descendants of the angels (I'm taking the middle ground between the original "gods" meaning and the later "demons" meaning given to the myth). Is there something unusual in the DNA? Are their bones formed of alien minerals? Since we know that there have always been people who are larger than average size (hence, "average"), simply being large is not the same as being a supernatural "giant". What evidence is there that the older inhabitants of the mid-east were larger than normal? Heck, add in: what evidence is there that there were even any wars and genocides? Sorry, quoting from a book of religious propaganda does not make it history. If you want anyone to take you seriously, other than a believer, you need to provide evidence to back it up, not just say that "giants had been discovered" (to paraphrase, I did not go back to see your exact quote). If we wanted, we could argue that the ancient Israelites (not Jews, that's a later term, and maybe proto-Israelites is better) were simply confused about the wars between the Aesir and the Giants (the Fire and Frost variety), and mistakenly thought that this fact involved their local sky deity. As long as we're using mythology to prove mythology, why not involve the rest of the world's mythology? To be fair, the norse mythology was recorded later and may have developed later, but I'm sure if we searched the Sumerian mythos and the Vedas, we could find something similar. Hesiods Ages and the Titans are a possible source as well. |

That problem arose because of the decisions of FREE-WILLED BEINGS to do that which is unnatural. Again you are arguing from an historical point. I am talking about this accusation that the God of the Bible condones genocide against "innocent nations" which in light of the stories of the Israelites wars against the Nephilim (whether you believe or not) this accusation is flawed. |

Assuming all this crazy stuff happened, I'm just curious, why was this mingling forbidden? Quote:
There are giants playing for the NBA, are they descendents of the Nephilim? Why would God create giants in the first place, if he didn't like them? |

Could you describe what an "innocent nation" would look like to you, sugarhitman? What would make a nation guilty?
