We need more information. I mean, if the first question is whether I believe in god(s) and then I have to put "not applicable" for every other question, no thanks.

Thanks for letting me know.
Let's talk about this.

Which God are you refering to? Are you limiting your research to major deities or are you including demigods?
I am interested in people's ways of seeing God in their lives, either they call it God per say, Allah, Elohim or I don't know what. The book will not be on religion per say, it will deal with the way people live their lives according to what they consider as "divine", no matter what they call it.

Well, nobody is forced to answer the questions. You will notice that I wrote: for the people who are interested...

Thanks a lot!
It's time some research was done on god. Maybe some additional research on the Invisible Pink Unicorn, the Flying Spaghetti Monster and that Giant Teapot being worshipped by the new Christian Malaysian religion would also be a good idea.

Lots of luck, Namaste.
Good sense of humour, I like that!

Welcome to the boards, Namaste. Ah...that is..."discussion" forums. The vast majority on these forums and others like it do not see God in their lives. Being an Atheists, free-thinking, etc., website you may find the material you need by perusing these different forums and asking questions (for your book), which by the way, good luck on writing.

How am I supposed to know if I'm interested? It's like coming up to you and asking whether you want to buy what's in the box and not telling you what's inside.

Well, basically, the questions you will have to answer concern God and the way you see it in your everyday life. It's not like you have a choice of several answers. I ask basic questions like "do you believe in God" of course, but also, how you consider it or if you have a faith, or if you have a personal definition of life and death. It's pretty basic but it allows me to see what people think in general, not only about God but also about themselves.
Did I answer your question?

Basically, Namaste, your questions are already loaded with your own religious preconceptions. Is this the first questionaire you've written?

I'm sorry but if I mention the times I saw god then I could well self incriminate myself for drug or alcohol offences.
