Your nail clippers are hidding behind the toilet bowl where you never get around to cleaning.
I checked, and found nothing, I regret, except a faint glow or shadow that may be a sign of nail clippers that have been beamed up to the Mother Ship. You are right about not often cleaning there, that is why the space is behind rather than in front.

However, I am curious: How did they get behind the toilet ? And what are they hiding from ? And how do they know to be scared enough to hide, or the fact that I dont often clean behind the toilet ? (I hope you will reply from your own personal experience).

When people bite (off) their fingernails where do these nails end up? Do they chew them? Swallow them? What do they taste like?

By the way, are there any people who bite toenails?
Well, I doubt whether they taste like chicken !

I propose that any poster who admit he/she bites his/her toenails, be immediately rewarded with graduation to MODERATOR, and that the person's first act will be to move this thread to EVOLUTION, rather than the "Bargain Basement" category.

I ask because I wonder: why do people bite fingernails? When they bite, they look so enjoying doing it. I am also interested in their "treatment" in any fingernails they bite off (as a curiosity).

As for toenails, I saw it in a hilarious comic book when I was very young, which I can't recall. Probably it can't happen in the real world ... but who knows?

They essentially bite their nails because they keep losing their nail clippers. Since most people can't reach their feet some married couples bite each others toenails and the rest have to buy another pair.

It just occurred to me that maybe its not in nail clippers nature to want to clip nails. Like so much human observation, we draw conclusions on scant research and superficial appearance. Just because something looks like a duck, it doesnt mean it IS a duck. We make it a duck by our common insistence. The poor creature may feel utterly unlike a duck. And then we kill it and cook it, and call it Peking Duck, and we eat it to hide the evidence that it may well have been something else. We certainly treat ideas this way. So just because WE think it looks like a nail clipper, we assume it wants to spend its existence clipping nails. Maybe it finds nails disgusting, and has higher aspirations. So it vanishes before we can nail it to the wall.

I did ask one physics professor about nail clippers and he told me the tend to end up around Uranus. So it's not the Martians.

That must be very disturbing for you. My consolations. Any idea why that happens ? Were you aware of this in any way before the physics professor told you ? Poverina !!

Perhaps this explains why they hide behind the toilet.

Apparantly Uranus has at least one known large cavity where things can be hidden.
