It will be explained to you soon.. don't you worry..
I sense a handwave in my future.

I was the leader of evangelical Christian ministry for many years, delivered messages from the pulpit, and studied theology and apologetics for much longer than that, I doubt you have anything to say that I not only haven't heard already, but also preached to others when I was in the ministry.

TWeb really should send more seasoned christians over here to be fed to the lions - these newbies don't have much meat on 'em.

Ironically, the concept of Biblical inerrancy is also idol worship. I think the official word is bibliolatry.

I don't worship my Bible. I don't kneel down before my bible and pray to God. I think you're confused about 'idol worship' mentioned in the Bible.

No, I'm pretty much spot on about the concept of Biblical inerrancy.

:constern01: Are you not a Christian Hymny? nor a member of the Christian Church?

I'm not a member of a Church. I used to be a member of the Missionary Christian Alliance. But the more I understood the word of God, the more I looked into the church and noticed wooden idols of Jesus all around the room. God struck down the pagans for this, so why are Christians any different? Secondly, I believe many modern Christians are very, very judgemental. They are too busy judging people rather than studying the word of God.

What did Jesus say about judging others..?

I think modern christians skipped that verse.

I apologize for that. The sweet little old ladies and gentlemen in the church were very pleasant people, and they adored my children..

So, by your way of thinking... I'm worshipping my bible as an idol because I find it flawless?

Basically. Perfection is god's and god's only. Not some book. Ascribing perfection to something is an admission that you worship it.
