Oh, I see. He's imaginary.

1. Did he actually exist?
2. Did he actually say it?
3. If he did say it, did he mean what you think he meant?

And so on.

Then it may be that "Jesus is the only Way to God" is not true, eh? There may be other ways to God that you don't know about.

I have a hard time believing that "all roads" lead to God.
Maybe no roads lead to God. Maybe there is no God.

Lets say we give you #1, that Jesus said it. We still have a long, long, long way to go to know if Jesus was telling the truth, don't we?

Yep, we sure do.

I would say the Universe is the beginning, so by your definition the Universe is god. a First Cause is undefined. What is the "First Cause", exactly? how can their be a first cause?

He holds the atoms together and keeps everything in balance to sustain life here. Ok, now you're confusing me. By the first part of your definition the universe would be god. What you list here are physical properties of the universe. So god is nothing but physical properties of the universe? How can you worship something that is just a collection of physical properties of the universe?

On the rest of your definition, Light is a physical part of the universe, spirit is undefined. How is saying God is Light not contradictory with saying god is not visible?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Alethias.

There isn't a lot to reason about regarding a creator in my opinion. I don't see random acts in nature that just happened to happen without cause. I can't see all this just by chance so therefore I believe in the God of the scriptures.

I am so happy I have nothing to prove. The bible says that God has revealed Himself by the things that He made. Therefore, the evidence is everywhere. Wew you were going to make me tired with all 5 of those proves...I wouldn't get done until the next century.

Maybe your right, but I think He is the only way like He said. Mainly because of the fullfilled hundreds of Prophesies fortold about Him hundreds of years before His birth in the Old Testament.

Oh I hate, hate, hate that argument. The simplest explanation is OF COURSE that the authors of the gospel knew their Hebrew scriptures and wrote the stories of Jesus to make him fit with those prophecies. That and it's a complete misunderstanding of what those procephies actually were. What they weren't, for the most part, were telling the future.

Ah well, if the Bible says it, it must be true. I'm a convert. No, wait, no I'm not. The bible is just a book. And why would God reveal himself in HIV?
