Default Oh, my God...

So, I'm sitting in the library, and the seven-year-olds are every other situation calling out, "Oh, my God!"

It's so wonderful. Although, they really don't care what gods are, they help keep the faith just the same...

Hmmm ...

It's nice that you can smile at that. Ignorance truly is bliss.

What a wonderful example of brainwashing and child abuse, thank you for providing one so clearly.

WTF? Sounds to me like they're repeating a colloquialism they've heard in other places. Like saying, "Cool!", "Dawg!" or even"Holy crap!"

7-year-olds say all kinds of things (including the "darnedest" things). It's just an expression and it's not brainwashing.

Or did I miss an implied smiley?

Does it warm your heart equally when you hear them exclaim "Jesus fucking Christ!"?

I'm an atheist and I say "Oh my God" and "Jesus Christ" all the time, they're just expressions which convey my state of mind and have lost all meaning or religious significance for me.
