Presumably the premise of the book entails one believing in Christ (as the Son of God) but not 'religiously' worshipping him, ie. not devoting a time to him.

Makes sense....seems a little oxymoronic in that a fundy should have written it, but they always were one sperm short of a loaded gun; pity that's only metaphorical.
