The good news for the gentiles was that you did not have to cut the end of your penis off to join the Yahweh club. Or maybe that was just Paul's good news.

But, Jesus had his cut off on the 8th day. And it was Jesus in heaven who later told Paul that circumcision was useless.

Isn't it odd that Jesus never did tell the Jews or his disciples to abandon circumcision or to simply shut down the Temple and just believe in him?
