Thanks for the link.
One of the changes was for John Ashcroft.
There are no criminal charges so no way for them to find out.
If the FBI gets any info, I will be a rich man and the RCMP gets to spend time in jail.

Default M.A.D.D.

Another change to the act was for M.A.D.D. Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

I like this change as I think it was a good one. I thought it was important that I point it out. I don’t drink much anymore so it won’t bother me in the least. OK so I’m a sucker for an occasional bottle of good red wine. I rarely mix the two unless I’m at home.
If you are drinking and smoking then your blood alcohol must be less than .004.
Half the legal limit.

It's being decriminalized, but it still carries a fine?

I think because their won't be a record and you won't go to jail.

I knew it! I knew it!!! Like talking about a shut-out!

Third and final reading of Bill-C10 was today.
The Conservatives have used a delay tactic. It’s a futile tactic and serves only to delay the inevitable. Out of the 3 opposition parties, one (NDP) wants pot legalized, one (BQ) will vote for the bill and the Conservatives want changes to limit the amount to 5gms. No chance for that change, we will go "as is"! It’s not a matter of "if" but "when" the Bill will be passed.
I will keep you posted.

Hopefully sooner rather than later. Watching people die is depressing.

Can you elaborate on this? Why is there no chance for this change?

That is great news. If we didn't have so many irrational and idiotic convervatives in our country we might be able to follow Canadas demonstration of leadership and reason.
