You are clearly unfamiliar with the Firestorm Corrolary of beat em up rules. In reality, aquaman would win because of his actual powers. But in comics, batman would win because he´s more popular and that´s just how he´s written. Back before someone decided Spidey needed to be a pussy and lose to random chumps, he actually defeated a herald of Galactus named Firestorm, who is on the same level, if not higher, than superman. Thus, whoever is more popular wins.

Nope. If Batman ever considered Aquaman to even remotely be a threat, Batman would already have a multi-layered plan for defeating Aquaman in any possible situation. Aquaman would never even know what hit him.

Plus, Batman is more popular, so he also wins by the Firestorm Corrolary FatherMithras so wisely pointed out.

See also: Brother Eye. Batman already has multiple plans for dealing with, well, anyone. And the majority of those plans don't even involve stealing Jimmy Olsen's signal watch.
