Jesus is Love?
"I am the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to the Father excpt through me" So...Why did Jesus "threaten" those who reject him with eternal torture for not believing in his divinity? DIVINE INSANITY God killed himself on the cross to save his own creation from his own wrath ! |

Who cares? If even a third of the things in the Bible made any sense I would be a Christian.

IMHO, there are enough scriptural references to suggest that Jesus denied his own divinity; but implied instead that a way or life is not a person. Concepts of divine personages merely foster idolatry. Blame Paul, the early church fathers and John Milton for the mythological confusion.
