The existence of multiple universes seem to be science fiction and metaphysics. If our universes is is not fined tuned, has a divine creator, occured from big bang which put time, matter, energy, etc into existence, and we have no proof of what existence before the big bang, then what says that that our universe has to be the only one that occured from a big bang?
Scientist should say our universe is tiny or even infinitismal speak of all of totality, reality, etc. They should say there is no way to prove or disprove the existence of milti-verses. Everybody keeps believing that our universe is finite but unbounded and will only keep expanding and absolutely nothing existed before ours and nothing will exist after ours, and universe is has no purpose for existence. There are some that believe our universe is eternal, infinite, and always existed in some form or another and the big bang is just the latest event. Even quantum physics says that something and never nothing always existed and our universe may have came from this something. The evidence for multiple universes include the following (1) Since god is supposedly not omni-benevolent or chose not to be so and he gives free-will and evil exists and gods purpose for creating mankind to act in his image has failed (2) that must there must be other universe, place, etc where inhabitants are meeting his demands and little or evil exists. (3) since our universe is not infinite and is expanding, the question becomes what and where is the universe expanding into. If there is no outside of the universe, how does it have all this space to expand increasingly larger. (4) if our universe is the only universe, came into existence by big bang at some time, has no creator, purpose, fine tuning, is finite, etc. and matter, energy and time did not occur or exist before big bang, then where did the time come from for the big bang to occur, unless there was something else that copuld explain it occurence. (5) If our universe is mostly empty space? or some other matter, energy, dimensions, that we can't see, how do we these hidden or invisible things have no connection, relation, or importance to other universes. Over 90% of the composition, properties, dimensions etc of the universe is unknown. It could be that outside our universe, vast empty space perhaps billions or trillions of lights separate us from other universes. (6) so far, we believe nothing travels faster than light at least in our universe. If absolutely nothing is capable of traveling faster than light, then its impssible to for us to say that that nothing exist beyonds the horizions light allows us to see. in fact, large areas of our universe is colsd, dark, unknown, etc, as you go farther out. (7) We see cosmological constants, fine tuning, and other principles, laws, etc are neccessary for the behavior, properties, etc our universe exhibits. How do we for sure our entire universe is has exactly the same universal properties throughout and there are not larger variations that could dispute these constants thus alter our perception of the universe. (8) Where did the matter for big bang, etc come from and why did our universe form differently. (9) Iw are the only universe and this universe has an ending, big crunch, heast death, or something, will reality, life, etc end here. Will another big bang occur or something else form. How could that happen if there is no outside of our universe. The importance of multiple universes (1) The idea of empty space is false. Something fills all this space, but its unkown to mankind and it has a great effect of everything we know of plus unkowns. Thee is never nothing including empty space!! (2) Something has to prove, explain, and account for the existence of our universe and why or why not it is the only one. (3) If the quantum physics, mechanics, vacuum, etc says there is never nothing, i suppose there is always something including outside our universe, it may be invisible particles, matter, undergoing constant change. (4) If multiple universes, that increase the possibility that somewhere, life and intelligence has evolved to level where gods demands can at least be proven to have positive effects. If multiple universes cease to exist and earth is the only planet with life, and evil overtakes good, then that must mean the purpose for this universe and mankind was evil. since nothing else meets god demnds. |

How are your first 9 points evidence for multiple universes? In what way do they impact current multi-universe theories? Have you submitted this 'evidence' to peer-reviewed scientific journals? Which ones? How do your final 4 points illustrate the importance of multiple universes? Why should I care? In what way do they impact my life? I see nothing but a series of bald categorical statements with nothing to support them but their own 'verve'. Now, to look at the logic, #2 does not follow from #1 If you choose to presume that a god exists, how does it follow that there must be other universes where people choose to serve it? #3 makes the assumption that our universe is not infinite. What evidence do you have to support that assumption? Why does it have to expand into something? If expansion simply means spreading out or getting thinner, it doesn't have to be expanding into anything. #4 tries to assume the necessity of a pre-existent first cause. such an assumption is not a worthy endeavor because it leads to infinite regress. Why not simply assume the universe just is, with no need for first cause? #5 is pointless speculation with no justification. #6 I agree. Yay! #7 is an interesting question in it's own right, buried in a post full of garble and mish-mash. Fine-tuning makes the assumption of a fine tuner. It may be more likely that it indeed appears fine-tuned because this is only 1 of many attempts and it oddly produced life. Or it may be that it's the only way a universe could be because it's the most energy-efficient possibility. Pure speculation either way. #8 huh? why did the matter have to come from somewhere? Form different than what? #9 what does 'Iw' mean? and to answer your question, Heat death will occur and it will be the end of everything for all eternity. Why? I don't know, nor do I care. I'm just making an arbitrary speculation like the rest of your post is full of arbitrary speculations. #1 Why is the idea of empty space false? Just another bald assertion with no support. #2 Why does anything have to prove explain or account? Why can't it just BE? #3 What is nothing? How do you define it? Non-existence doesn't exist, except in the minds of some philosophers, and even then they are only imagining it exists. Or something like that. Zero exists, but not as non-existence. #4 No. Nothing but meaningless assertions. You need to re-think this meaningless mess and try again. Next time separate your separate points into separate posts. Much easier to deal with. They really don't make a coherent whole. Putting it all together like that doesn't make it so. Alethias |

I think you're beginning to grasp something, but I also think you either haven't fully grasped that something, or perhaps you haven't formulated it into rock-solid arguments.
I'm not going to try to help you. At this time, the only evidence for a multiverse is probabilistic in nature. If you present probabilistic arguments here, they are likely to be ignored, misunderstood, or simply not liked. |
