Default Get Fuzzy/Darby Conley

Although his occasional strip plays to the 'French are cheese eating surrender monkeys' stereotype, for the most part when he chooses to get political with Get Fuzzy Conley is firmly on the "right" side, in my opinion.

Take today's (Sat. July 10) strip for example.

Not to mention the comic itself is pretty damn funny in general anyway.

"Get Fuzzy" is a good strip. I usually find it elicits a good chuckle and when it is political, it comes down on the proper side. Using Bucky to air the outrageous attitudes we sometimes find in society is a safe, but pointed way to expose them.

I love "Get Fuzzy." It was named after an Athens band, "The Fuzzy Sprouts" in which Conley's brother played.

Just because the French are "Cheese eating surrender monkeys" doesn't mean they're wrong about Iraq. Conley can see this.

This is the best strip going today, IMO. I try never to miss it, and have a few on the fridge--The "Freakish Talking Money" strip still makes me chuckle.
