I don't think she understands the irony of her statement. By telling us that we lack humanity and compassion, she has effectively reduced herself to just that.

FWIW, Garnet and G*S, you are two of the most remarkable people I've met on CF.

I've always viewed it as the "kiddie pool" of apologetics. You go in there to hone your arguments with other Christians who disagree, and to get a feel for the give and take of apologetics. Then you move on to GA, where you discuss with non-Christians.

However, when you don't learn respectful discussion in the kiddie pool, you certainly don't have it in the deep water. It's all too easy to drown in GA, or worse, to get so defensive and aggressive that you dont' show God's love.
