Close enough proximity. When one has access to the former, one gernerally has access to the latter, as well.

Well, some weeks back my spam filter classed a message as spam. Since it was from a long-time correspondant this surprised me. I looked at it's classification--only one of the top 20 words had anything other than a very low probability of being spam. That word: Bush. The message in question was a page of jokes about the shrub.
