There are probably more of us on there than the Muslims themselves! Islamisbest's arguments are good but he hasn't been posting regularly.

Im stuck here. If a Muslim questions "Can something happend with nothing by nothing therefore result into something?".. how would we respond to such refutations?

whoo! Does it make any sense that I actually feel weirder there than here?
You should try some of the TV soaps messageboards!

As for the Shia board - if they've put up an section for alternate beliefs, then they're spoiling for debate.

Not sure if I get the meaning or context, but if this is a origin of the universe / big-bang question, i.e can something come out of nothing, then the answer is quantam physics, do a search for it in these forums.

Basically theyre saying the Universe cannot come out of nothing, for nothing + nothing = nothing. There had to me an 'immovable move', as they say. How would we counter the nothing + nothing argument? According to scientific law, i researched, we cannot get something from nothing. Im stuck here.

Be well.

I wish I could help, or at least take a look, but I got banned.

Anyway, word is they refuted all your arguments (as in everyone here) and proved the theory of evolution is totally erroneous.

Here or there?

BTW, if anyone wants to take any of their arguments further, or go on a less restrictive forum, try www.shaichat.com

On what basis a)Do we conclude that before the known universe existed there was truly nothing b)treat the notion that something cannot come from nothing as a truism? At the event horizon of a black hole quantum fluctuations spontaneously produce particle/anti-particle pairs. Occaisionally the anti-particle will be pulled into the black hole and never annihilate the particle. In that sense, something really does come from nothing. Or something like that. Check with someone more sciency than I.
