sometimes when i'm not really thinking of anything, i'm like viewing my surroundings from outside myself where i can see myself interacting with otherthings

has anyone heard of this kind of thing happening to others and does it have a name..

Some call it astral travel, out of body xp, remote viewing etc. I don't really believe in that but think it is your brain filling in immediate memory blanks with a bit of imagination thrown in as well.
