I'm not defending or attacking Doron or any of his interlocutors, but I believe Doron is defining a "non-composed element" as an element that can no longer be reduced into component parts. i.e., an atom can be reduced to neutrons, electrons, and protons and they can be reduced into what not until you hit what I believe to be quarks (though at this point my knowledge in these areas ends abruptly).

However, I don't see criteria for determining same. And wouldn't bare energy be that non-composed element, or something equally as ridiculous?

You mean, the math definition of atom? No, but I went to mathworld and checked it out

http://mathworld.wolfram.com/Atom.html

The definitions there don't seem to line up exactly with what you're talking about. Please, go ahead and use mathworld as a jumping off point to make it clear to me. You're trying to teach us about your system, so, by all means, teach.

BTW I am on the verge of completing a M.S. in mathematics so you can assume a decent level of competence on my part when it comes to math. I'm not afraid of the techie terms.

And this is the exact original meaning of the word "atom", given by the ancient Greece scholars, which I use in my framework.
