As I recall, Finklestein and others have criticized her dating and excavation methods with this dig. Seems there was a lot of intermixed pottery from different ages. I'll have to dig around and see if I can find the original article that critiqued it.

Dr. Leen Ritmeyer mentions on his blog that the wall may be from the 8th century BCE.
