Remember that this also isn't the sum total of the Judas gospel, this is just what they've been able to translate thus far. I'm interested to see if it contains any elements of the canonized gospels or not.

It looks to me to be the output of a Coptic Gnostic sect, probably written several generations after the alleged events in Jerusalem. With all the mystical brouhaha going on in the background it more closely resembles Revelations than an actual piece of Biblical history.
