I've been declined for a mod position. Letalis sent me the PM, apparently the reason is because they think I'll spill their secrets. I thanked him for encouraging me to apply, anyway.

I think it's sad that staff is more worried about secrecy than bringing people onto the team that want to see the ministry thrive. It actually makes me pretty angry. Oh well.

If that's the reason, they they shouldn't even have mods. I mean, how can you get any sort of guarantee that a mod you hire today will keep their trap shut tomorrow? You can't.

Sorry they couldn't give you a better answer than that. That's pretty weak...

Tell me about it! I have to wait several hours for access to the new WoW update that'll let me start rewriting my addon, and ... Hmm. Apart from that, I'm in a nice lakeside resort looking at snow on Lake Superior and enjoying a cozy fire and a perhaps somewhat cozier spouse, all the roommates having gone home to leave us a couple of days of spouse time.

On second thought, maybe I'll play WoW when I get home.

a modless CF would be bad, the problem with CF is they take themselves to serious, not every top mod needs to a minister. being a preacher doesn't make you a good person. If some of the staff didn't make the dirt, they wouldn't have to worry about people spilling the dirt. No one can dig up dirt on me because I do nothing to cause people to gossip.

Hello, all! Been reading this thread on and off since yesterday trying to catch up with what's been going on. I guess more came out of the 'blindness/currency' thread than I thought. Sorry to hear about the warning, Grizzly. Pretty slimy if you ask me.

Trying to keep my mind occupied right now. My girlfriend is on her way home from the doctors following a series of tests to determine the cause of a mass detected in her lower abdomen. She's got a strong history of cancer in her family and the doctors said that there's a possibility that it could be a tumor, so we're all a little freaked out right now.

Add to that a supervisor promotion I was given to a residence that is currently in the midst of three (!!!) investigations, and I'm just a little overwhelmed right now. Seebs, got another bullet saved for me?

Anywho, I'll be lurking in and out of here over the next few days. Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts, all, and wish us luck! :frown:
