However, TBT made it about science with his OP. You can't change the direction of someone else's point, then get pissed when they don't play. We were addressing TBT's claims. You were addressing something else. That's cool, but don't tell us 'we aren't getting it'. If anything, you are on a different sheet of music than the rest of us. (Though there is nothing wrong with that. And, for the record, I'd be agreeing with you 100% if it weren't for TBTs original claim that the Bible is the best/only source of cosmology.) Ty |

He made a claim that was contrary to science. We corrected him. Then you chime in and say it's not about the science. I submit that it is precisely about the science considering the arrogance of: The only book on cosmology you will ever need to read... Quote:
Anyways, this is turning too hot for my tastes, with regards to arguing with you, spin. I've always liked your posts, and I'm not trying to pick a fight. I guess until TBT shows up, we won't have any idea what he meant for us to electronically kick his ass over. Ty |

Everybody stop and notice how The Bible Thumper has somehow gotten a group of people who basically agree with each other to fight each other.
He hasn't stuck his head into this thread since the OP. Perhaps he has accomplished his purpose? |

I was noticing that, too.
To heck with all this a fussin' an' a feudin'! Let's buy each other nice, atheistic beer! Ty |

When we talk of criticism, that isn't a cue for tearing the guts out of something. It involves first understanding what the material is about and then evaluating it in its context. spin |

Spin, you keep saying this thread revolves around BC&H, but in what way? What is there to criticize? TBT using the wrong translation?
TBT has made it clear what is aim is, here. He wants to show us how the bible is the only source for cosmology. That's what we are debunking, right now. I really don't see what the problem is. Ty |
