So Mary was Joseph's companion in Eden and Christ was the man Joseph was meant to be until the fall of man unfolded in the life of the infant that later became known as Joseph the upright Jew. I add this to identify Mary and Christ who were stationned at the gates to paradise in the mind of Joseph to say that paradise is a state of mind to which Joseph returned in the Gospels. If the above is true Mary M was Eve and Joseph was Adam who together took charge of the conscious mind (outside Eden) of Joseph and Christ and Mary remained secluded in the subconscious mind (inside Eden) of Joseph from where they influenced the conscious mind of Joseph (Mary is the home base of the HS and is in charge of the HS). For Joseph the re-enter Eden he must annihilate his own ego and this is where Judaism is needed because they have the indoctrinated strongholds that will do that for him. I am trying to tell you here that religion is like an instrument that is needed to overthrow the oppressive human nature of the ego and place it subservient to the true identity that has been subdued by it ever since reason became our helper. Because reason is the basis for our second nature (the Tree of Knowledge) it is impossible to let reason overthrow itself and therefore a mystery religion is needed to help achieve this. The apostles were his helpers. They once were his shepherds (all metaphor) or strongholds, or qualities, and each one of them had a role to play. After his rebirth they became his apostles to help him get back into Eden and just before crucifixion they abandonned Jesus-the-reborn-Joseph so they may be recalled into the subconscious mind (upper room) after the resurrection of the Jesus into the upper room. With this in mind the 4 Gospels are given to us to show how each one gives a different perspective of the events as they progress towards Ascension. In Matthew we are shown the religious perspective as perceived by the conscious mind. In Mark we have the conscious mind without the indoctrination of Judaism. Luke is from the subconscious mind and John is away from literalism and into Catholicism. There is no Ascension in Matthew because Judaism does not recognize that event as they were and still are waiting for the messiah to come. We have two Mary's because Mary theotokos came down from heaven to give birth to Christ in the conscious mind of Joseph. The parable of the bribes is just to show that some Jews did not or would not recognize Jesus as their messiah and that is good for them. I think I'll stop here because to decipher who is who in the Gosples I would have to read them first and keep track of who is who when they return to the tomb and that is not worth my effort. |

So anyway, to continue with my story, Matthew has 2 Mary's because in his Gospel Mary the mother of Jesus gave birth to Jesus and Magdalene was the wife of Joseph here crucified as Jesus (remember she was the serpent he called Magdalene when he departed from his Eden). They should be there in the oblivion of religious Judaism.
Mark has a group of ladies going there as if there was a body to be enbalmed . . . which there never was but Mark is the non-religious perspective and he doesn't know about rebirth and things like that. He just picked up there girls along the beach someplace where they had met Jesus ("along the shoreline" indicates intimacy) and so they were there in mourning. Luke has women there but not Mary the mother of Jesus because she knew he would not be there. In fact, Mary theotokos was the cause of this event from behind the scene and this aspect is made clear in her victorious appearance in John at the foot of the cross with the exchange "mother, there is your son, son there is your mother." In John only Mary M was there because Jesus appeared under the fig tree as Nathanael (John denies rebirth in Jewish tradition as did the Jews themselves) and Mary Magdalene was in the dark after sunrise because the light of common day did not return without the ego of Joseph here now crucified. Poor Magdalene had lost her loving man (from Coriolanus "but know thou first 'I loved the maid I married'" speaks on behalf of their relationship). I forgot what the rest is all about but if someone wants know I can return to this topic. |
