Ye Valen, if I had a dollar for every time I've heard this line I could probably retire...

yeah, no proof at all...seriously kid, you need to learn that there is a world outside of the bible, and it's not a piece of fiction.

This is an interesting lie; but suppose that it were true.

Suppose that you were on your deathbed, dying. Do you suppose that you necessarily be in a good physiological condition? Would the neurones in your brain be getting all the oxygen they need? If you are dying your physiology is closing down and you may suffer delusions, loss of mental acuity, and if you are aware that you are dying you are probably scared as well. So suppose that you said something on your deathbed, in your agony: you might say something that under other circumstances would be too silly for words.

For example it is said that Jesus when dying cried out 'My God, my God, Why hast thou forsaken me?' (Matthew 27:46). You, no doubt, believe that Jesus is God, yet in dying he seems to have forgotten the fact that he is god, (or at least usually thinks that he is) so you can see what I mean. So if Jesus can say silly things when he is dying, it wouldn't be surprising if other people do as well. So even if the dying Darwin had denied evolution that would be no warrant to take his word for it.
