If a God did not inspire the Gospel message, obviously, it would have been spread only by human effort, which is limited by geography and the methods of transportation, printing, and translation of a given time period. It appears that human effort is the only way that not only the Gospel message has been spread, but all other religious writings as well. Perhaps the spread of the Gospel message is not a priority for the God of the Bible. Otherwise, it is reasonable to assume that he would have told people about it himself.

What did early native American Indians know about the specific identity of the God of the Bible, and his specific will?
