The way this would work would be to allow the banned person to post in certain forums for a period of time(determined by a mod) to see if they are following the rules. If they are they can eventually gain access back to CF with full privelges for their particular area(ie according to CF rules). Certain types such as flamers, stalkers, harrassers, and perverts should not be allowed to post at all. Determination of these persons would be left up to the senior staff. Since it is not a First Amendment right to post on any forum, the rules no matter how wierd they may seem need to be obeyed. Any other ideas on the "probationary posting period" thread?

Oh, I don't just mean at CF. I oppose the "no true Christian..." thing everywhere.

Here we are, 3+ years later, and it still goes on. What can you about it? You have already spent over 3 years trying to change this very thing which makes you SOOO sick. Are you going to spend yet another 3 years trying to change it? Have you made this your life mission? (The word 'obsession' comes to mind. )
It's hardly the only thing I do, but I plan to advocate for welcoming people into the faith instead of telling them they don't qualify until either I die or the world ends, whichever comes first.

Sometimes, yes. It often includes criticism of statements or behaviors which are particularly harmful.

Hey, does anyone know what happened to Loki? I haven't seen her around here or CF in a while.
