Yeah, I've heard that some players make really tons of $$ from SL. but also, some find that site/game a good way of connecting with others.... so hmmmm..... your testimony rather discourages me now.

Condolences to all of hs friends and family. He sounds like a man of principles.

I'm ok. I'm feeling sort of antsy. Part of me wants to get something done, and part of me wants to sit on my ass in front of the computer all day. I'm also in mourning over my spring break lol.

How are you? Do you still go on CF? I haven't been posting much...lol. More lurking.

Omg I've actually heard that. Several times I've been told that only Christians can do good, selfless things. Everyone else does it for their own selfish desires...for what they can get out of it. Arg.

Are the mourners going to board buses for the procession?

Way back in the day I used to play quite a bit of AD&D. I currently don't even play video games or watch movies with any magic in them, just on principle. But it used to be pretty fun to play or organize a campaign.

We had the old battlesystem miniatures too, and collected some others. But I am wondering why they haven't gone to a computerized system by now. With all of the strategy games featuring massive combat you would think they could have all kinds of fun with a computerized battle system, totally configurable, for use with campaigns--either online or local.
They could include a terrain generator (or import from Bryce, etc!)

Anyone know if they have it out there yet?

You could create your own models and skins too.

I figured by now, with character sheet programs on the pocket pc,dice simulation programs etc. they ought to have something along those lines.

Antsy is never fun. And I'm disabled right now, so every day is spring break, but I *hate* feeling unproductive. This fall, I don't even care whether I'm better or not. I'm going back to school and getting my LPN. I really don't care if I die in the process, I am soooooo sick of being a waste of space.

LAWL, no, I'm not posting, mostly because I got banned again about a week after I won my appeal. So yeah, I'm on lurk/giggle in archives status as well. I really miss some of the CF cats, but I'm in touch with most of CF luvz0rs via IM/IIDB/RF/TOL/real life (well, one of them).

ChaliceThunder just up-and-left randomly though, which makes me oh so very sad.
