Api, I really don't have a preference one way or another whether you consider the Talmud et al as supporting the historical Jesus, clearly you are right that it is the Jesus of Nazareth of the NT that was the object of derision. I do have a concern for consistent, integrity dialog, even when positions seem strange or obscure, which is why I noted the above and the ability of Noah to take 3 positions at the same time.
