Ok folks, while debating all the current religions is fun and all and since science can disprove most of the current religions claims to an after life, there is on thing I would like us all to fess up to.

We have no clue if there is an after life beyond the current religions. What happens to us when we die. I can pretty much discount all of the current stories out, like all of you, but what if?

What is there is an after life? What would you like it to be? Throw out your best ideas. Like mine, for example, is that when you die your "spirit", which holds all of your knowledge from this life, gets to make its own world up, where you live out for all of the rest of time the way you want to. I would make a world just like Dungeons and Dragons. That is my perfect after life.

I want to leave my identity behind and fully experience the whole universe.

I think I'd like to be a shape-shifting trickster and roam around the world giving people's right hemispheres extreme workouts.

Or perhaps a silver dragon with pandimensional travel capability, so I can go and check out the galaxy or dimension next door.

One thing I know for sure... An easy retirement and a stamp collection is not gonna cut it for me.

I think an after life would be boring. It's for eternity. You can't do anything for eternity with out getting bored. I like to think that when we die we are completely gone. No more thoughts, no more emotions, no more anything. We die, rot, become worm food, fertilize the ground, turn into plants, get eaten by animals, the animals die, the cycle starts over, the earth is consumed by the sun, the sun super novas, and our particles float through space until a new planet starts.

Sorry for rambling.

If there is an after life then I would like it to be much like this world with all the things I like -- art, the sea, mountains, sunsets, beaches and cheesy things like that. However, I'd be like a perfect human, no problems or worries. Humans in general would get on really well together, love and respect each other. There would be no wars. Negativity would be minimal. Simply, heaven would equal a utopia.
