Why so many women are converting to islam?

The poster in your link claims:

This uncited poll is the sole attempt to provide evidence for the claim that women are converting to Islam in droves. Where is this poll? Who was sampled? What questions were asked? How did the poll determine how many people per year are converting to Islam? How does the poster know all the converts were former Christians?

The rest of that post is meaningless propaganda until you or the poster provide a source of the basic claim.

Maybe the replacement of righteous people with stocks when they suffer applies to labor, too?

According to the Holy Quran, there are lots of women in hell. My guess is that Christianity has been doing such a good job at condemning women to the Christian hell that Allah needs to catch up in order to meet his quota. Or something.

I hear that, according to the Koran, milk doesn't spoil in the Islam heaven so maybe that's part of the attraction for some of the women. Oh wait... I forgot... we invented refrigerators a few decades ago. Nevermind. It must be some other reason.

What thebeave says is correct for much of the rest of the Islamic Paradise's goodies, like honey that does not crystallize, luscious fruits, lots and lots of water and gardens, no extremes of temperature, etc.
