In your opinion, what makes a mom a MILF? (Mom I'd like to f*ck, for the uninformed.) Do you know any MILFs?

I work with a woman who could be the quintessential MILF. I have always found her highly attractive, but as she gets older (we have worked together for practically two decades) she just gets sexier and sexier. Even the wrinkles and extra fat she's gained with age are sexy. I worked briefly with a MILF several years ago. She was about 40, divorced I think, and had a teenage daughter (16ish). She still had a great figure and was always wearing skin-tight black jeans, even though the company policy was to wear khakis. She was also fairly outgoing, hard-working, and somewhat of a risk-taker. I think those things made her seem younger than she was. Her long hair was also a plus, especially at an age where a lot of women start to cut their hair short. The fact that she was okay with her daughter partying, having boyfriends, etc. was pretty cool too.

I don't generally find middle-aged women attractive. Most women who are 'MILF's' probably have stacks of cosmetic surgery anyhow.
