	I'm looking for advice on the current scholarly position regarding the believed origins of the Five Books of Moses, both chronologically and in terms of source/s. I'm aware that there is believed to have been a period of oral transmission before these were committed to writing, and that textual analysis suggests at least four different sources (in terms of the texts), but that's about it.  |
