With currency, even if they don't get back the correct change, the damage to their net worth is limited by the denomination of the bill they handed to the cashier.
Cashiers? You're stores still have cashiers? The registers at self-check out lines TALK to you.

then they have problems - cause either they have no money to spend - or they are paranoid.

Was that already out there or did you write it? Either way...cool!!

Sounds like the Spider-Man theme from the 70s.

Speaking of...I wrote a little parody of it a while back. Allow me to share!

He’s got the Spirit in his blood.
Can he feed the multitudes?
Take a look at all that food.
Hey there, there goes the Jesus-Man.

He’s from Nazareth,
he’s the carpenter’s son.
Yells at Pharisees,
some say just for fun.

Jesus-Man, Jesus-Man.
Friendly Galilee Jesus-Man.
A great temptation he endured.
Rapture is his reward.
To him, The Temple’s a great big bang-up.
Wherever there’s a hang-up.
You’ll find the Jesus-Man.

If people want to lobby for a change in the currency to be of help to blind people - that's fine and in truth I would support such an action. I will not and do not support an unelected judge legislating from the bench mandating a change. Legislating is not their job and it was one of the reasons the Founding Fathers made the Judiciary the weakest of the three branches of government.

MAYBE that would be how to fix CF. Separate the making the rules function from the enforcing the rules function and from the judging function of staff - and I don't just mean making them different levels of the same body. I mean three separate bodies.

Cause right on CF the legislators are also the judges.

That reminds me of a scene or two from Ray...the Ray Charles movie with Jamie Fox. Apparently, Ray Charles dealt only in ones so no one could pull a fast one on him!!
