The Blaster has indeed returned.

Just one thing to keep in mind: A lot of us here haven't been "inside" at CF Staff, so we don't have any context to understand a lot of what you're saying. it's kind of like Buzz's concerns about Bradford's engagement(?) to Jenn--he obviously has some concerns about that, but they don't make sense to the rest of us because we don't understand or know the Sooper Seekrit background.

Just sayin', 'cause you're gonna get a lot of replies here that are based on "What the fuck are you talking about?" and "Why are you so pissed off?"

Bringing a problem to his attention is only getting half way there. Are there also solutions available?
Hey Chrys,
No offense taken here.
Right now, I can't really divulge a whole lot other than I have done to this point.
He is aware of the problem and is willing to take it before ALL of staff for their consideration.
I think that the ultimate issue is removal and banning. That is what's being asked for at this point.
That in itself would do alot towards the healing and hurt feelings knowing that nobody else would be subjected to this again or at anytime in the future.

OK. Bradford was banned for quite some time over this matter. It has been lifted and he's been reinstated.
That doesn't seen like it satisfied those that are still upset.
Do you think a permanent ban would be appropriate? Staff removal?
Or something else?

ETA: Ok, I think ya'll want him gone period. I just don't know if Erwin can do that. If not, is there anything else he can do?

I understand rigs.
Unfortunately this isn't all inside info I know of.
It is also things that I have been made aware of since leaving staff as well.
I have remained friends with several staff and ex staff that have truly opened my eyes with things that have transpired in past months.
I have concerns about AA myself. Not for her abilities, But, Her feelings and her welfare. I always will.
As for the last line, I can deal as I have before.
Fact is very hard to refute when placed on a plate in front of you.
Also very hard to swallow.

I guess all he can do is turn it over to staff but if staff forgives and forgets then what has changed for those that are still upset?

Well, When he was reinstated under such shady circumstances, I hardly think it was open for discussion with all staff

I would be very upset if nothing were done to finalize this honestly.

Possibly if certain others want to take it to that point.

Yes, Erwin can do that and that is the goal.
Erwin can remove anyone at anytime for any reason.

Careful on your criticisms. Calling another IIDB Member dishonest--lest you forget, Bradford is an IIDB member-- is immediately editable. Keep your comments out of the realm of personal attacks and in the realm of verifiable facts.

No more warnings on this one. I will lock the thread and take my sweet time sorting things out as needed, should this continue.

I think the concern is that Bradford's self-resignation which was portrayed to staff as "personal issues" terminated the investigation, so he was never actually banned over this... And in fact, no one knows exactly what happened.

Bradford made his public apology recently and for the most part it rang very hollow. It seems he wants those that feel injuried by him to pm him.
Not much of an olive branch, is it?

I think he may not know what else to do which is why if there is anything he could do apart from resigning from staff. That doesn't look very likely. That's why I wonder if a compromise solution can ever be acceptable.
