Default Non-dualism vs Dualism in reference to God

Here we have two major definitions of God(s).

One being the dualistic definition ala Islam, Christianity, Judaism, and many strains of Hinduism.

This definition entails that God is seperate from creation and was the creator Himself. "He" has always existed and is uncaused and has no previous creator.

This train of thought follows linear logic and time and is based on the apparant dualistic nature of reality.

The second definition entails that God is reality itself. Our 4D experience is merely one aspect termed Maya. or the illussionary world. Some interpret this as meaning a literal illussion and others intepret it as a relative illussion in context of the greater reality.

The other end of this reality is termed Nirguna, or the ultimately unknowable and the "true" nature of reality, ie God. One could relate this to the highest dimensions of reality while the Mayic aspect is relegated to the first four dimensions.

All dimensions incorporate the dimensions below them.
If the dualistic Creator God did exist seperate from creation, then He could not exist outside of the 4D reality as he would then exist in the 5th or 6th dimension and hence would instantly be termed a monistic God and one with creation.

This is all based on the fact that a higher dimension incorporates the dimensions below it. The 3D reality (height/width/depth) must incorporate the 2D (width/depth).

It is scientifically impossible for something to exist and not exist within a dimension (atleast to my knowledge). God cannot exist outside of the structure of reality.

I believe that the multiverse itself is infinitely eternal and eternally infinite, being omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent. I'm not sure where this might fit into your categories, if at all.

I also consider myself to be atheist/agnostic regarding god concepts that are commonly fashioned after the image of human personalities.
