The New Testament says that Mary (and however many others - take your pick) turned up at the tomb on Sunday (at whatever time - take your pick) and Jesus had risen/disappeared. My question is :-

Does it actually say anywhere in the bible that God/Jesus confirms that he rose on a Sunday? (Paul doesn't count. :devil1 . It just says that the tomb was empty - does anywhere specify when he actually rose? Offhand I can't think of anywhere but any information would be greatly appreciated to try and narrow down the exact time. I am looking for actual biblical verses. If you know that no biblical verses agree with the Sunday resurrection please feel free to inform me as well. |

I didn't know about Mark 16:9. The people that I interact with use the KJV so I am not familiar with the Epistle of Barnabus. |
